Cancellation / Prepayment

-Cancellations 61 days prior to the start of the conference (hence before 01 October 2019) will receive a full refund of all monies paid less a 14% administration fee and local bank charges.

-Cancellations between 60 and 31 days prior to the start of the conference will be refunded 50% of all monies paid.

-No funds will be provided for cancellations within 30 days of the start of the conference (after 02 November 2019) or no-shows;the delegate will be liable for the full amount due.
