Business Events East Africa Ltd, we are a MICE Company,we take responsibility for the provision of all services required for delegates and delegations: From Invitations, Registration, conference venue logistics, Aviation tickets bookings, accommodation and ground transportation,Backed by our mother company Primate Safaris we are able to provide to delegates unique Pre and Post Conference safaris tours unique only to this part of the world.

We are an accredited member of  Rwanda Association of Professional Conference Organizers (RAPCO) and certified  members of SITE Africa, the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence.

I love dealing with numbers, i effortless navigate through big numbers be it in 1995 when i was handling cruise ships managing up to 200 daily  transit or be it in 2003 when i started working in MICE, for the last 15 years i have organized conference in Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda East Africa is a region i know by heart not because i grew up around here but because i know all that the region carry to it’s spine.

I have been working in both Leisure and MICE industries for 15 years now, after completion of My Tourism Management degree at Les Rivageois, Belgium.
I am a very social person, and I love the day to day interaction with clients and being able to offer them with a satisfying and unique services.
Rwanda being a new MICE destination, the unfolding stage takes those with inquisitive hearts to raise and join the currently small community in serving the international delegate!
It is a beautiful thing when work and passion come together, my passion for this industry is what gives me the energy to go extra mile, and keep learning so I can serve better.

Me, Working for BEEA is the best thing to have happened in my life! You see all of our clients faces coming in full of ideas, not sure if they will find all their required specifics in Rwanda to pull off an extraordinary event they are planning and .
